As a home based business owner, I have gained a lot of weight over the years sitting on the couch and working on the laptop. I used to be a very active person, so falling victim to weight gain was a major mental setback for me. As I gained weight, my metabolism slowed, and it become easier to gain more weight.

I have never been one for doing situps or pushups when I could easily get the weight loss results from walking, which I do naturally. Walking became easier after 2 weeks, and continued to get easier every day from then on.
